Do firearms ship directly to me?
No. Firearms must ship to a licensed Texas FFL dealer, where transfer paperwork and background checks are completed.
Why are some items marked backorder?
Backorder items are not immediately available for normal shipment. Availability must be confirmed before payment capture or fulfillment.
Do you currently sell outside Texas?
BullTex Rifling is currently accepting checkout requests from Texas residents only. This is built to expand later.
Are taxes and shipping final at checkout?
The checkout shows estimated Texas sales tax and shipping. Final review happens before the completed order workflow.
Can I choose my preferred FFL?
Yes. Logged-in customers can save a preferred Texas FFL during checkout after the ATF listing import is loaded.
What compliance rules apply?
All customers must meet federal, Texas, and local requirements. NFA, ammunition, and other regulated items may have additional restrictions.
